Please accept my dearest sympathy. I can imagine that your hearts are heavy, but remember God will give you the needed comfort and strength to continue to go from one day to the next. Draw close to God and he will sustain you (Psalm 55:22). We can be assured that God sees our tears, and hears our prayers. He is with those who are broken at heart and crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18

I lived just around the corner from your home in Warrensburg. I was a babysitter to the children when I was just a teenager. We all had great times together. I am saddened about the death of your husband and father. It's hard to understand why people are taken from us, but take heart, time will soften the edges and ease your burden.Love follows us, no matter how far. I am here for you any time. Just drop a note or e- mail. With deepest Sympathy, Sheila Denno-Pike

I went to school with Doug---Many memories from long ago, like the day he walked to Thurman to visit me...just friends----he will be missed, especially at Bill's Diner.
My prayers are with you at this time as spoken words do little to ease the sorrow or to comfort you.
