I am so sorry to hear of Elsie's death. Growing up, she was a "fixture" in our lives, since we lived next door to Lila and Anne. May your warm memories of Elsie sustain you through your sorrow and loss.

Elsie was a lovely lady. I still have the two recipe cards she wrote for me years ago with her Piecrust recipes ... they were winners!! She and Bill were warm and funny and generous, and we hope it brings you some comfort to know that she touched many lives.
