Jonnette was a treasured friend and a classmate from the Class of '61. I am so sorry to learn about the sudden passing of Jonnette. She was vivacious, fun loving, and dearly loved by her classmates. She and I returned to East Texas State University in Commerce at the same time and had several classes together. I learned at that time that she was very focused and "smart as a whip"! We both went on to become teachers. She will be so very missed by the Class of '61. Ashley, if you read this, I send my condolences. Your Mother talked about you with such love and admiration! Love and Hugs, Anita

Anita, I so envy you. I was blessed to know and enjoy Peachie in the 6th, 7th and 8th grade at Englewood school before he dad moved them to Texas. I never forgot her and her sis Dixie. She was so full of life and so much fun to be with, unforgettable. She had a rope swing in a huge tree in her backyard I will never forget. Happy to know she has a daughter and grandchildren. I hoped for years to be able to see her again. Wonderful picture of her!!

Condolences to the Ermiger family and friends of Jonnette. Words of comfort are hard to find. Just remember Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) invites you to throw your burdens on Him and He will sustain you in your time of grief. (Psalms 34:18)

Dear Dixie and Ashley, I cannot help but smile when I think of Jonnette.. We had some good times teaching together at Drane . English Department meetings were entertaining because of her wit, personality, and goodness. I know her death is a loss for you. Her obituary was a tribute to a kind spirit and helped me recall some good friends and good times. Thinking of you. Smiles, Sharon Goodman .

So sad to lose my cousin Peach. We had so many good times together and many, many laughs. Also some tears among laughter but then back to laughter. Family sense of humor always won out. Know her loss will be felt deeply by Ashley, Tessa and Jacob as well as sister Dixie and all her KS & AZ cousins. Love, Ginger

I am so sorry for your loss. In the bible we find hope and comfort. Jesus said in John 5:28 "the hour is coming in which all those in the graves will hear my voice and come out."

Such a sweet woman. Jonnette was growing for others at our Community Garden, and always wondering how she could help. Warrensburgh Beautification Inc. will miss a supporter and a friend.
