Eileen and I were saddened to hear of Frank's death. He was an esteemed colleague of mine at Kodak and one of the finest patent attorneys that I ever dealt with. I occasionally saw Frank at patent gatherings here in Rochester after he (and I) retired. He shall be greatly missed.

I always will have fond memories of Frank. I worked for him at GE and later he worked for me. We travelled internationally together. He had such a strong presence; when he walked into a room everyone went silent. He was one terrific guy and will be sorely missed. My condolences to all that knew and loved him.

My first time meeting Mr. Boos was very memorable. Em had brought me home from college with her for a weekend to visit. I was in the kitchen and used the disposal without running the water. Mr. Boos started in with 'Young lady!'
Over the years, a bit of fear turned to sincere admiration and desire for fascinating conversation. And once I started with GE we had a new topic for discussion.
I fondly remember the trips between Rochester and North Creek so I too could visit my family in Bolton Landing. Last, but not least, Kel's wedding where Mr. Boos persuading my now husband to not let me get away.
All the wonderful things that everyone says are true and you will be so fondly remembered with a smile!
Em, Mrs. Boos, and family, I am so sorry for your loss and know that Mr. Boos is now in Heaven serving the Lord.

Although I have known Frank for only 1 year, I have grown to have very much respect for him. The type of person he was, the kindness he shared, the way he helped solve problems, you always looked forward to seeing him. He became a good friend to me and someone I could trust immensely. I am going to miss him dearly. My condolences to his wife and family.

Betty I pray that you and your family can find a way to turn the memories of yesterday into the smiles of tomorrow. Frank was a friend, a real pillar of a man and someone who was always there for everyone who called on him. He will be missed tremendously and this has come as a shock to us all. If you need any of your "extended family" here at the Manor do not hesitate to call. God bless you and give you the strength and courage you need to make it through this trial before you. Betty and Family:
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. So very sorry to learn of this..he was such a great guy with such a quick and dry wit. What a surprise it was for me to see him standing in the back of our church some twenty years after graduation when GE sent you all to Louisville. We had some great times together, and I was so glad to see him at the 50th reunion.
He will be greatly missed. Love to all,
Jim and Mary V. Krebs

I hold Mr. Boos in high esteem; I found him to be loyal, respectful, diligent and most importantly - kind. I loved his 'no-nonsense' style. It was a privilige to work with Frank, his dedication and hard work was admirable. He also knew how to have fun as we shared many laughs. He will be missed by many - including myself. My sincerest sympathies to his beloved wife Betty and their children. May peace be with you and your family.

He made a difference... should be a reason for
folks to admire Frank Boos. He wanted to be part of some better life for others. And not many folks aspire to such a life. He so for his family, friends and his community as a whole. As great as the loss of Frank from my life is, the memory of his great desire and optimistic view will shine in my mind... But, none-the-less, he will be missed especially by all his Classmates from the Notre Dame Class of 1956

It was a pleasure to have know Frank. First at ND in engineering classes and ROTC. Again when we moved to Louisville in the 70's and our children attended the same schools. And, more recently when we met at the Masters where he was a volunteer for a number of years. A good man! He will be missed.

Frank was a powerhouse of a man. A larger than life figure, Frank was full of ambition, he was generous to a fault, he never complained, he did what needed to be done--that's just how he was. Most importantly, however, his love for and loyalty to his family came before everything. I will remember my father-in-law with equally fierce devotion.
