I was actually just looking for Mr. Tully’s contact information to write him a letter/catch up when I stumbled upon the obituary. I am sorry for letting five years pass without contacting and missing an opportunity to pay my respects, but I am fortunate to have known the man. He was a character, a ball of energy, and really cherished connecting with people. I miss talking with him. Rest easy

I am sorry to hear about the passing of Neil. I kept calling him the past few months, but not able to reach him. My son called last night the State Police to check on him and was informed about his passing. We use to keep in touch every couple of months. I worked with Neil at Citibank for about ten years and we both worked in a real estate office in Queens for about seven years. My wife and I went to see his apartment in Queensbury and had a wonderful weekend rearranging things in his new home. His wonderful friendship will be missed.

I have missed "the welcome home light" since you moved. We certainly enjoyed the fun we had as "The Tuesday Night Tasters", breakfasts at Holiday Inn, dinners at the Olive Garden and our songful greetings. We enjoyed you and your love for life! We know heaven will enjoy your positive spirit! We miss you.

I met Neil several years ago when doing masonry for him. A real jolly person, will never forget his laugh. He was proud of his Irish heritage as I am. My son and I had a good time visiting with him. Very sorry to see that he has passed. Our condolences Dan and Marilyn Tallon
