Christine E. Kenyon, 88, of Alden Ave., passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2006 at Glens Falls Hospital.
Born on June 1, 1917 in Thurman, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Eliza (Rounds) Wood.
Mrs. Kenyon loved bowling, scratch off tickets and enjoyed horse racing.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her twin sister Josephine Kenyon and her husband Gilford Kenyon.
Survivors include her only son, Carson G. Kenyon; one grandson Carson K. Kenyon and wife, Katie; two great-grandsons, Kristopher and Nickolas; one granddaughter, Juliana (Julie) Anderson and her husband Dennis; two great-granddaughters, Destiny and Jerrica; one niece, Jasmine Baker; one nephew, Cleon Kenyon, several great-nieces and nephews and also several cousins.
A memorial service will be conducted 11:00am, Thursday, June 1, 2006 at the Alexander-Baker Funeral Home, 3809 Main St., Warrensburg with the Rev. Dawn Robbins, Pastor of the Warrensburg First United Methodist Church officiating.
There are no calling hours scheduled.
Private burial will take place at the Warrensburg Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
