Bolton Landing:
Robert L. Cardone, 76, of Bolton Landing, passed away suddenly, Thursday, July 5, 2018 at his home.
Born October 26, 1941 in Teaneck, NJ, he was the son of the late Louis and Anna (Chromiak) Cardone.
Following his graduation from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1968, he began his working career with several local firms, eventually working his way up to Senior Vice President of Sales at Unifiol in Fairlawn, NJ where he remained for 30 faithful years.
Bob proudly served his country with the National Guard as a Drill Sergeant for many years.
Upon his retirement, he and his wife, Almira relocated to the Adirondacks.
Besides spending time with his family, he enjoyed boating and skiing.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Almira Cardone of Bolton Landing; his children, Robert P. Cardone and his wife, Nancy of Wilmington, DE, Christopher Cardone and his wife, Rebecca of Jericho, VT; his grandchildren, Lily, Bobby, Emma, and Juniper Cardone; as well as his four legged companion, Maggie.
Friends may call on Bob’s family from 5 to 7 pm, Monday, July 9, 2018 at the Alexander Funeral Home, 3809 Main St., Warrensburg.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am, Tuesday, at Church of the Blessed Sacrament, Goodman Ave., Bolton Landing.
Rite of Committal will follow in Bolton Rural Cemetery.
