The class of 1959 loved going to Alan's parent's home for an evening of soda and chips. We spent many fun Fridays there.
Alan was always generous with his time and would talk to each of his classmates, He was cheerful to all of us.
It was great to see him at our 50th high school reunion.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all durning this difficult time. He will surely be missed. I have such fond memories. Keep all your great memories close to your heart and it will help you get through this difficult time. Lori and Scott Combs
I remember Al's sense of humor which was often unexpected, but spot-on. Mostly, I remember his constant devotion to his wife, Lorraine, in her last days. Al was a caring and kind man. I pray for peace and comfort for his son, Alan, Jr and extended family.
Alan was the best of the best! As his sister-in-law, I admired his kindness and gentleness. He, honestly, would do anything for anyone or find someone that could. He will be a great loss to his community. I extend my condolences to his family. Most of all to his son, Alan jr. Will keep you in my prayers.
