Martha and I grew up together in North Creek. We rode bikes, roller skated, played jacks but most of all we did hand stands! We couldn't walk without doing one. When we wanted candy we would go to Butler's Bar and Butt would give each of us a dime and we would go buy candy! I
I moved away in 1957 to Florida and missed our friendship so much. She and Bobbie came down after I was married and had a three year old. That was around 1970ish. We kind of lost contact for awhile until Facebook and we found each other again.
I can't believe she is gone and will cherish our childhood forever. Prayers to Tommy and friends. She is in a much better place and with her family.
