Joe you were a brother Fireman for years alongside me, we always got along and had many good times, I always liked and respected you. Now you can go to Heavens Station along with our other departed firemen. May God Bless you Joe Barlow you were a Good Man.
and to Ellen and All of Joe's family Belinda and I are deeply saddened by Joe's passing although we know he is in a great place now, with great golf courses and a motorcycle or two. Enjoy your new home Joe, see ya again someday.
