I don't know why I have been thinking of you so much of late. That mischievous smile that lit up the room and the shared jokes that never made work "work". I pray that you have found the perfect peace that you deserve, and that on the other side we can once again accidentally burn the garlic bread and have the Heavenly Fire Department show up! Until we meet on the other side, keep smiling my friend. Love you, Amy

There are so many memories throughout my life that include this special man. It's been said that "Friends are the relatives that you choose yourself" and I believe this to be true. How I'll miss that "brother" of mine, my confidant and my very best friend.
To you, my "bonus family", please know that I'm holding you all close in prayer. I love you!

Glynn, we never did get together. Once again we learn the lesson to live everyday to its potential, and to not put off things because life is busy. My childhood friend...late night kick the can games, your family's halloween parties, endless hours of laughter in the music room. Too young to die, not fair. Thoughts go out to your family.

To Roxie and my dear cousins Billie Jean, Guy, John, Alison,Suzanne and your spouses and precious children:
I sit here numb and with heartfelt tears upon learning of Glyn's too soon departure from this world... my favorite recollections of "Glynner" were at Grandma& Grandpa Yandon's camp in the summer when we gathered the clan together for picnics. The adults would play horseshoes and bridge, and all of us kids would be playing kickball, baseball or "I Spy"with Glynner as a toddler running around thoroughly enjoying it all-especially all the attention he got from his older cousins kissing and hugging him and pinching his adorable cheeks with that infectious smile that melted "Tumpie's" heart! Glyn was very fortunate to be born into such a warm and caring family unit, and now in your deep heartache you will all help and comfort each other, and each of you will grow stronger in this loss. Your cousin, Cathy

Glyn was the first to help me when I was promoted to conference services at the Sagamore. I won't say here what his exact words were when he saw how someone else showed me how to do something on the computer, but it has stayed with me to this day. He had such an amazing voice that my wife and I asked him to sing at our wedding. Such a giving person.

I had the pleasure of working with Glyn, he would greet us all in the morning with a hug and a good morning sweetie. He had a smile that would light up the darkest of rooms and a sence of humor that got me in trouble more than once. He was kind and loving to everyone he came in contact with. My children and I had a very special bond with Glyn, you will be missed my dear friend. We love you

I was so saddened to hear of Glyn's passing. I consider myself to have been privileged to know him. He lit up a room when he walked into it and had an amazing capacity of making all of those around him smile. His wit was unmatchable and his heart more generous than most.
Those of us that knew him were so blessed and the world has lost a beautiful soul.
God has acquired a new tenor in his choir of angels.
My thoughts and prayers are with all those that knew and loved him.

I read once that some apples just bruise easier and I knew right away that Glyn and I both fit in that category. I loved how he smiled every time he saw me, and how his hugs made me feel safe, if only for a moment. He was gentle and kind and all that's right with this world. What's odd is that I know he's at peace so I can't really grieve. I hope heaven is all the loveliness you deserve, Glyn.
