Richard G. Sendzik, 82, of Niskayuna entered into eternal Peace with the lord on Wednesday, September 17th, 2008.
Born July 10, 1926 in Lansing, MI, Richard received an honorable discharge for serving in the US Navy during WW II.
He was a buyer for interstate department Stores (The Boston Store) and was the owner of Gene Richard’s Fabric Land.
Richard was an avid skier who frequented Killington Ski Resort.
He is survived by his sister, Violet Stein; brother, George Sendzik; his sons, Kim Richard Sendzik (Linda Ann), Mark Robert Sendzik ( Frances Marie), Chad Walter Sendzik ( Cindy); daughter, Jaime Lynn Bobersky, (Carl Kuiper); also survived by 12 grandchildren.
A special thank you to Joanne and David Tompkins for being cherished friend’s in Richard’s life.
Services and interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
