Robert (Bob) Ferro passed away peacefully, Wednesday December 13, 2017 at Glens Falls Hospital following a courageous battle with lung cancer.
Born December 16, 1942, he was the son of the late Robert and May Ferro.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 wonderful years, Sunny Ferro; his 4 daughters, Cindy Harris (Tim), Patty Yonkers (Jeff), Jenn Borntraeger, and Sue Van Brunt (Brett); his 9 grandchildren, Vicki Harris, Allison Harris, Jillian Borntraeger, Lillian Borntraeger; Matthew Yonkers, Michael Yonkers, Christopher Yonkers, Robert Benjamin Van Brunt and Maedeline (Mae) Van Brunt; as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Bob’s life was full and well lived and he will be missed by all.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to C R Wood Cancer Center, Glens Falls Hospital, 102 Park Street, Glens Falls NY 12801, Att: Krystle Kent, Manager Heme/Onc Clinics and CTC, where he received the utmost of care and comfort.
