Traian Mihalache, 79, of Warrensburg and a resident of the Countryside Adult home passed away, Monday, December 31, 2007 at the Glens Falls Hospital following a long illness.
Born October 16, 1928 in Romania, he was the son of the late Ion and Maria Mihalache.
Traian worked in the retail field in Romania for many years.
He is one of 11 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Elena; his step son, Nick; and step daughter in law, Cosmina; his step grandchildren, Gary, Nicky and Eden.
Funeral services to celebrate his life will be conducted 2 pm, Saturday, January 5 at the Alexander-Baker Funeral Home, 3809 Main St., Warrensburg.
Friends may call on his family one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Burial will take place in the Warrensburg Cemetery in the spring.
