Obituary of Philip M. Foote

North Creek: Philip M. Foote, 70, formerly of Rt. 28N, passed away peacefully, Monday, January 24, 2011 at the Orchard Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Granville following a brief illness. Born March 19, 1940 in the Town of Chester, he was the son of the late Leonard and Ada (Morse) Foote. Philip was a lifelong resident of the area. He worked for Northern Lumber Co. in Riverside and with the Town of Chester Highway Department throughout his working years. Phil enjoyed spending time with his friends, drinking coffee at local diners in the area. He is survived by his brothers: Robert Foote and his wife, Vivian of Minerva; and Brian Foote and his companion, Bonnie Bisallion of Walter Foote Rd., North Creek; his sister, June Fuller of Queensbury; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends may call on the Foote family from 1 to 3 pm, Saturday, January 29, 2011, at the Alexander-Baker Funeral Home, 3809 Main Street, Warrensburg. A graveside service to celebrate his life will be conducted in the spring at a time to be announced in Union Cemetery, North Creek. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the North Creek Baptist Church, North Creek, NY 12853.
