Cy was such a good friend to me over the time we spent together. I will never forget the time in the gym when he was lifting silly weights and I was doing a silly amount of pull ups. He would say we are both beasts in our own way. We always had a laugh and he even drove me to the bus station and wished me the best best of luck on our last day together. He told me about his writing and that I would try some myself. I will be sure to include him in my story and very much look forward to reading his writing. I wish all the best to his friends and family and send then all my love

Cy , Warrensburg version of 'the Rock' was indeed the 'Rock' of FLC on more than a just a pure physical level. He was part of the camp, ingrained in it's very fabric and helped shape its evolving look over the years. It's feels as though one of the modern day foundation's of FLC has gone, and way to soon.

Oh Amy - I can't even begin to express my thoughts and sorrow for your loss. You and your family have had to weather more in the last few years than the average family ever has to shoulder. But, having said that and knowing you, I am sure that you will come out of this with your head held high and able to weather whatever is handed to you - good or bad - with the grace and determination that has sustained you over your lifetime.

I hired this young man a couple years ago after knowing his father and brother who passed away. I have never been more blown away by the level of intelligence this young man had. He was a star in the making and not in construction. He was a writer,a photographer a mini film director. The world has lost a brilliant young man. A young man who I can call a friend, a brother, a man I want on my side when stuff is going bad.I will carry his sense of humor and the laughs we shared forever. I will miss you pal. My sincerest condolences for his mom, brothers and sisters and family. No words I know can do any good. Please know he touched my life and I will never forget him.
