Obituary of William F. Morehouse

Athol: William Franklin “Billy” Morehouse, 52, of Zaltz Rd., passed away Sunday, July 10, 2011 at his home. Born August 1, 1958 in Glens Falls, he was the son of the late William H. Morehouse and Grace Flynn of Athol. Billy loved telling stories and visiting with his friends. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was employed at several locations throughout the years including working as a laborer for Warren County DPW, and most recently was employed by 1,000 Acres Ranch Resort in Stony Creek. Billy leaves behind his son, William J. Morehouse of Warrensburg; daughter, Susan Baker of Queensbury; three sisters, Reva Walker of Queensbury; Bonnie Jenks and her husband, Norm of Athol; Debbie Pitkin and her husband, Red of Athol; brother, Philip R. DeLoria, Jr. and his wife, Wendy of Mechanicville. At Billy’s request, there are no calling hours scheduled. Services will be conducted privately at the convenience of the family.
