To The Family of Mr. Albert E. BayerI would like to express my deepest sympathy to each of you.
Although we are not acquainted with one another, we are acquainted with the pain when our loved ones fall asleep in death.
At Matthew 6:10 Jesus taught us to pray for God's Kingdom to come here upon the earth as it is in the heavens.
The fact that the the heavens is peaceful, no sickness, death, etc. is surely a place where we would like to be. So when we pray for these conditions to come on the earth, we are asking God to restore the earth back to its original condition when he created the first Man and Woman.
That Kingdom will be a reality here on the earth.
The Scriptures promises that the day is soon to come in which death will be no more and that Almighty God Jehovah will wipe away the tears of sorrow from our eyes forever. (Revelation 21:3-5)
He promises too that your loved ones, my loved ones and many others will hear his voice and come out of the memorial tombs (graves) to live in heaven-like conditions right here on the earth. (John 5:28,29; Psalms 37:29)

Dear Sue and Family,
My sister, Carol, and I were shocked at learning of Al's death. I had just gotten back from Germany, where I was visiting my daughter, son-in-law and 2-yr. old granddaughter Fri. and read the funeral notice in yesterday's paper. Hoping it was somebody else, I went through the previous papers for the obit. and there was that familiar face. We liked you two so much. Kindred spirits of sorts? And we're deeply saddended. We're both sick with flu-type colds. Otherwise I'd have been there yesterday for the service. You're in our thoughts and prayers. Mickey, Neil and Caro(Duff)

Susan, I am so sorry to hear about Al. Being your former neighbor I have known both of you for years. Al was always such an all around great guy. When I worked at Seelye's, any time he came in he brought us donuts. Over the past 15 years when I drove by in the FedEx truck he would always wave. I just saw him last week at Smith's Equipment when I was making a delivery. I was shocked when I saw his obituary online. He will be missed. Deepest sympathies, Jim

Sue, When I opened the paper this morning my heart sank. A picture of you 2 at the store flashed in my mind, all smiles, greeting Bear, Al teasing about something, making my day a little brighter. You have been so supportive of us and of Jesse and Ginny in their business.
So very sorry. We are thinking of you and are here for you should you need us.

Sue,
I have thought about you all day long and cannot get over the news. One of the nicest things that happened to me this year was meeting the 2 of you. I always enjoyed the greeting that I received along with the special attention that my dog Lucie got. I was never upset that Lucie got more attention! I will be in touch and please let me know if I can do anything. Ann Sullivan
