She is reunited in heaven with her mother, Dorothy, father, William and brother, Bill. Born July 10, 1948 in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of the late J. William and Dorothy (Starling) Lackey. She also enjoyed hot days by her pool and spending time with her grandchildren. Amongst her favorite activities was travelling with her children and grandchildren and cooking for big family gatherings. She loved her animals, Moose, Lola and Callie, her cats, and granddaughter’s dog. She attended Grace Bible Fellowship Church in Olmstedville. Survivors include her husband, Ralph Dubay; a son, Robert Dubay Sr.; a daughter; Kathleen Smith; granddaughters, Larissa Smith, Brooke Dubay, Katrina Dubay, and Breanna Shubert; grandson, Robert Dubay Jr.; two sisters; Marilyn Lavery, and Laura Meade; a sister-in-law, Nancy Wyatt; uncle, William Starling; and several nieces and nephews, as well as lifelong friend, Kathy Johnson and many other close friends.
