Warrensburg:
Edward L. “Puffer” Tanner, 69, of River Rd., passed away Monday, May 11, 2015 at Adirondack Tri-County Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in North Creek, following a long illness.
Born December 9, 1945 in Glens Falls, he was the son of the late Gladys E. Bennett DeLorenze.
Before his illness, he enjoyed the outdoors and spent much of his time camping and hunting. He was an avid fisherman and preferred fishing from his canoe on the Lost Ponds at Cedar River Flow.
He is survived by his sons, Joseph Tanner and his wife Aubrey Tanner, of Latham NY and Joshua Tanner of Warrensburg; his grandchildren; and his brother, Terry Tanner.
At Ed’s request there will be no calling hours or funeral service scheduled.
