Randy J. Johnson, 40, of Moffitt Drive and formerly of Gloversville, passed away Friday, March 18, 2016 after being stricken at his home.
Born July 28, 1975 in Saratoga Springs, he was the son of Carl Johnson of Gloversville and the late Cheryl (Lyng) Johnson.
Throughout the years, Randy worked various Construction jobs.
Besides spending time with his family, he was an outdoorsman, who enjoyed fishing, hunting, hiking, and music.
In addition to his father, he is survived by five children, Tazlynn (Kyle McComsey) Johnson of Olmstedville, Brandon, Kassandra, and Tabitha Johnson, all of North Creek, and Kody Johnson of Fonda; one grandson, Robert McComsey; two sisters, Jessica Johnson of Gloversville and Rebecca (Anthony) Zarrelli of Johnstown; and a brother, Danny Johnson of Johnstown. He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will take place at 3:00 pm, Monday, March 28, 2016 at the Alexander-Baker Funeral Home, 3809 Main Street, Warrensburg.
Friends may gather one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
