I worked with Russ on the APD. Seven years on midnights, Russ was my booking officer. He always had a smile and a dry sense of humor. Russ made many a slow night pass quicker and if it was busy you couldn’t ask for a better booking officer. I know he will be missed by many. My condolences to his family.
