North Creek: Melissa M. Amadeo-Moffitt, 44, of North Creek, passed away on May 7, 2021 at Glens Falls Hospital although the family experienced her soul leaving her body on May 5, 2021 at her home. She was born in Brooklyn on June 6, 1976. Missy attended middle school in Warrensburg. In 2011 she married the love of her life Larry Moffitt on a beautiful day in June. Although she spent many years as a volunteer firefighter her favorite job was serving as a lift operator at Gore Mountain tubing park. In her final years Missy was unemployed and enjoyed her time with family. She is survived by her beloved husband Larry Moffitt, her son Morgan Beswick, her daughter Nichole Bohannon, her brother in law Willie Agusta and her two grandchildren Baileigh And Anthony Beswick. Missy is also survived by her cousins Brian and Delia Tebano and their four children. She joined the arms of the lord surrounded by her father Anthony Amadeo whom passed in 2010 and her mother Linda Wheeler whom passed in 2020. Missy was a kind loving woman and she will be remembered for her tremendous love she had for everyone especially her family. She was that “person” for everyone. Following Missys wishes there will only be a memorial for family and close friends. We ask in lieu of flowers donations are welcome in this tough unexpected time.
