Charlie was married to my Mother, Jean Baxter Roush for 21 years. He was truly in love with my Mother and cared for her deeply, as displayed by the countless handmade cards he created for her over the years, expressing his love and devotion. Even after suffering a significant stroke, Charlie was reminding my Mother about her upcoming eye appointment, his mental acuity was always spot on! They were each fortunate, and I believe grateful, to have found the second true love of their lives. May you rest in peace Charlie.
