Dear Eric, Chuck and Frank;
Our condolences to you and your family on the passing of your Mom. What an outstanding and accomplished woman she was especially being on her own for so long. I will always remember her fondly from my childhood growing up. She was always so warm and welcoming anytime I came over to hang out with Frank during high school playing ball or listening to music or whatever. She made you feel like she was another Mom in the community when you weren’t home. Jane and the entire Klippel and Teakle families were inspiring to me to seek my professional career to become a physician as they were clear examples of how people from a small town could do big things in their lives and be successful. Thank you! I will always remember your Mom and your family with great fondness and admiration. May God bring you peace at this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Scott Beattie, MD
My wife Elena
My children—Jillian, Reid and Laurel.

Dear Frank and Family,
I am saddened to hear of Jane's passing. She ALWAYS made visiting the drug store so much fun. I don't believe I ever saw anything but a smile on her face. She was certainly a gifted person. She had many talents including being able to tell the gender of your baby before the baby was born. I remember Jane having me twirl in front of her with both my pregnancies and she correctly identified the gender of both my children. She was one of a kind. May God's peace uplift your family. As an 17 year old girl I took my first “real” part time job working for Frank Klippel and often his mom Jane at the Pharmacy. I adored this woman. She was such a joy to work under and she taught me so many valuable things abt being a young adult. She taught me to work hard and to make a name for myself by learning all I could from every job I did. Frank was an amazing boss and treated me so respectfully, even as a teen working under him. I still remember thinking I’m going to Sassy like Jane when I get older, she had a spark that no one but God could have ever put out. I was blessed to have known her and to have worked for she and Frank. She was a beautiful, caring woman who truly made a difference in the adult I have become. Frank chuck and Eric... I am so sorry for your loss. I know how special she was, the loss will be with you forever. Concentrate on the love you shared and live in those memories. I want you to know how grateful I am for the time I spent with you guys and that you truly changed my life by giving me that chance. Respectfully, Amy Millington Schumacher

What a wonderful tribute to a wonderful lady! Jane was a stalwart member of the North Creek community for as long as I can remember and it was an honor to know her and to work with her for several decades. She was multitalented, tough, funny, outgoing, kindhearted, and smart- a winning combination, and the very definition of a Real Adirondacker! I miss her and will not forget her.

Eric and all the Klippel Family, I am so very sorry to read that Jane has passed from this life. She was a lovely lady who had a positive influence on everyone who knew her. She always had a smile and a kind word; and was a reliable source of information in the Pharmacy. She always asked about family members and contributed so much to the communities in the North Country. I know that you all will miss her greatly--but what a legacy she has left to her Family and all who knew her. Sandra Carpenter

I have lots of sweet memories of Jane Klippell.
I remember coming home from high school in 1968 to see her sitting with my Mother at our kitchen table. They both were widowed at a young age and Jane sought advice and consolation from Kay Arsenault's earlier experience. . I remember my Mom saying to Jane. ."Remember, Your kids have lost their Father...They certainly don't need a sad Mother' ". Jane took the advice to heart and chose to remain upbeat throughout her days on earth. She also chose to remain to live in North Creek the rest of her life and became very active in Town Politics.
Jane had a great smile and a "Song in her Heart." She was an active community leader and a successful business woman.
The " North Creek Gang" was surely waiting at the gates of heaven to welcome her home..

So sorry to hear of Jane's passing. I hope she's having a "highball" with the gang that I'm sure was there to meet her. Lot's of great memories of all the clam bakes and house parties with the Morehouses, Klippels, Alexanders, Kelloggs and so many more. That group from the class of 1948 (?) really knew how to have fun. Thoughts and prayers to you all. Mary Jo Alexander
